Company Policy

The given terms and conditions are to be followed because they represent our loyalty towards you. They are also be read carefully because they build a positive relationship with you. Before signing a legal agreement, before entering into an agreement with Travel Max Guide (TMG), please do this. This is our humble request because you are going to bound by these terms and conditions. We, Travel Max Guide want to make our duty towards you simple and straightforward at the pace of your satisfaction without being discriminatory.

 

NEPAL BOOKING & PAYMENTS

To complete the booking, here are some procedures which you should abide by.

We are committed to supporting you, so please fill up the form completely and then email to us.

Also, send the copy of your valid passport.

 

30% of the trip price has to be deposited in our bank. For more information, please visit our terms and conditions page and read its clauses one by one. If you have any doubt, then please contact us immediately. We will reply you within 24 hours. The outstanding balance or the remaining should be cleared within TWO WEEKS before the trip is commenced.

 

Regarding deposit, if you have any questions, then please communicate with us at your convenience, but in time.

 

We love to pay attention to your satisfaction; therefore, we accept Master, VISA, and American Express.

4% levy will be added as a service charge by the bank. This is an additional payment that you have to make.

 

We are also familiar with the trend of some of our customers, especially of their unavoidable circumstances, for example, if there is a possibility, then we also accept their last minute booking with full payment. We also want to create every possible access to our customers.

 

 CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES – NEPAL

(I) We want to emphasize that at least prior to 15 days, inform us if you want to cancel your trip, and you should do this in a written form. Cancellation will be with effect from the date the written form has been received. Along with this, 30% of the trip price that has been deposited by you will not be refunded.

 

(II) If the passenger leaves the trip for any reason whatsoever, either happily or unhappily or if he or she commits any unlawful act during the trip, we will not refund him or her.

 

(III) If you are required to change the trip due to certain circumstance, you must do so in the written form. The immediate trip change cannot be guaranteed because it depends on time.

 

(IV) If you are unable to travel due to certain circumstances, such as death, injury or serious infection, you can postpone the trip or transfer your reservation to other on your behalf with all documents required by Travel Max Guide. The written proof is required, including the fee of US Dollar 90 per person in no less than two weeks prior to the trip departure date. 

 

(V) Don't engage in the activity that is against the religion, tradition, and culture.

 

PASSPORT & VISAS- NEPAL

All clients must possess a passport with a validity of 6 months. The Nepalese Visa can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or upon arrival in the airport in Kathmandu.

30 Days – 40 USD

90 Days – 100 USD

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE AND MEDICAL EVACUATION

The coverage of travel insurance and a medical evacuation must have clauses that will provide you all the services while traveling in Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. These clauses should include unintentional and unforeseeable events. Some of these are personal injury, illness, accident, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, loss of personal belongings, and ambulance service. You must be duly protected against these. Please do check other provisions of your insurance company as well. Who knows you might need these while traveling in Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet.

 

 BHUTAN BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Confirmation of the Bhutan Trip means the completion of a booking form at least prior to 25 days and the deposit of the advanced payment of 75%. This is also based on the submission of the copy of a valid passport to Travel Max Guide.

 

Regarding deposit, if you have any questions, then please communicate with us at your convenience, but in time.

 

We love to pay attention to your satisfaction; therefore, we also accept Master, VISA, and American Express.

The outstanding balance or the remaining should be cleared within 10 days before the trip departure date. TMG reserves the right to cancel your trip if you fail to pay the balance amount before the trip is commenced.

BHUTAN CANCELLATION & BOOKING CHANGES

(I) We want to emphasize that at least prior to 15 days, inform us if you want to cancel your trip, and this should be done in a written form. Cancellation will be with effect from the date the written form has been received. Along with this, 25% will be deducted from the advanced payment.

 

(II) If the passenger leaves the trip for any reason whatsoever, either happily or unhappily or if he or she commits any unlawful act during the trip, we will not refund him or her.

 

(III) We have always tried to be flexible as far as possible to our customers, but if you are unable to travel on an appointed date, there will be no refund; this is due to the Bhutanese government's strict Tourism policies. Please try to understand Travel Max Guide through these.

 

BHUTAN PASSPORT & VISAS

All clients must possess a passport with a validity of 6 months.  If you are unable to obtain the visa for Bhutan, then you are requested to send your passport details to TMG. This should be done prior to 45 days of your trip date.

 

TIBET BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Confirmation of the Tibet Trip means the completion of a booking form at least prior to 25 days and the deposit of the advanced payment of 40%. This is also based on the submission of the copy of a valid passport to Travel Max Guide.

(III)If you are required to change the trip due to certain circumstance, you must do so in the written form. The immediate trip change cannot be guaranteed because it depends on time.

TIBET PASSPORT & VISAS

All those clients heading to Tibet must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity.  If you are unable to obtain the visa for Tibet, then please send us your passport detail. This should been done prior to 20 days before the trip date.

 

HEALTH & FITNESS

All the tours and treks demand acceptable physical fitness. Ask your doctor who will help you to make a better decision before booking your trip. Please also inform us about your existing health condition. We would like to provide you information whether your medicine is available in Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet or not. You will be trekking in a remote region only controlled by natural beauty without access to a medical facility. Please bring your prescription medicine, and please bring them extra because there might be flight delays or trip delays due to bad mountain weather or political bandh.

 

CHILDREN

A legal guardian must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have a question regarding age and suitability, then please contact us for more information.

 

PUBLICITY

You agree that Travel Max Guide reserves the rights to use your images and videos that you have taken during the trip without compensating you. It will be published in whichever media, Travel Max Guide chooses.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR HOLIDAY AND PRICING

Unforeseeable events may occur while traveling, and some of these are landslides, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest or delay arrival. There are others also, but these are the common ones, but this does not mean they will occur 100%.  Travel Max Guide becomes unable to refund you in these cases; however, it will provide you an alternative or a substitute trip of the same category. In addition, TMG does not accept any responsibility for the loss of employment resulting from the above situation.

 

Our trek packages are based on twin share accommodation. But those who want single  will be charged extra supplement.

 

All the quoted prices on a website are subject to change due to various external factors, such as exchange rate change, the government tax, and so on, and TMG reserves the right to practice this change without giving the notice.

 

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Whatever type of question you ask to us will not be disclosed in any condition. This means both your private and personal questions before or while booking a trip, and TMG will not violate against the rules of its privacy.

 

RISK & LIABILITIES

TMG and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to an unavoidable circumstance, such as govt. restriction, landslide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost borne out of these shall be paid by the clients.

The objective of TMG is to achieve the aspirations of the travelers. These are related to the local people, tourists, the environment and all the healthy practices of the Nepalese Tourism Industry.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint, then we also have a quick solution. Tell us immediately or to our Trek Guide who will take the right action. After all, satisfaction is emotional which Travel Max Guide values the most.
