Trekking in the Everest Region
Before you begin the trek, you have to fly from Kathmandu to Lukla. The trekking trail takes you to the most beautiful villages, including small villages and big villages. The biggest one is Namche. As you are walking upward and downhill, you do come across lodges and guesthouses which are well-managed and provide the best food and accommodation. From the base camp, you retrace the trekking trail to reach Lukla from where you fly back to Kathmandu and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountain ranges once again.
When you are going to do the Everest Base Camp Trek, please come to Nepal with extra days of 2 or 4 because Lukla airport is sometimes affected by bad weather.
